Return policy for online purchases from the Chamilia Online Store
ALL OUTLET SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
Except for Outlet items, items purchased at www.chamilia.com can be unconditionally returned within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt free of charge. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted after this date. If you wish to return an item within the thirty (30) days for either a refund or an exchange, please follow the return process described below:
If you decide to return your product for a refund or exchange, please follow the returns process listed below:
- Complete your return form, which was included with your package, by checking the item you are returning and reason for the return. Include this inside your package, please.
- You may use UPS, Federal Express or the United States Post Office to return your item to us. Please be sure to get a receipt which will provide you with a tracking number in the unlikely event the package is lost.

For reasons of hygiene and safety, pierced earrings including earring pendants are not able to be returned, unless defective or not as described.
If you wish to return any type of set, the complete set must be returned.
Chamilia warrants all of its products, worn under normal use and service, against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty offered on Chamilia products is provided in addition to any statutory or other legal rights, which may vary by state or jurisdiction, and does not affect any such rights.
